Knights of the Golden Spur
The Golden Spur award is presented to a Pythian who has exhibited exemplary service to
the order.  The award is one which is selected by the Knights of the order and may not
be solicited.  It is considered the highest honor bestowed by the fraternal order.

Sir Robert Officer of the Blue Grass Lodge in Sparta, Tennessee, received the Golden Spur Award
at his home lodge on Saturday, January 4, 2020.  The un-announced award was presented
during a meeting of the Grand Council of the Tennessee Domain, Knights of Pythias.
